Two months embedded with you and your engineer. Wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and coded prototypes ready to test or ship.
Two months to design the version of FlashPass that lives up to the growth.
The vision doc is direct about where FlashPass is going: a guided system to become employable in a specific trade, with a recruitment layer on top, a guide character living inside the product, and skill paths tied to real job thresholds.
Two months of design to make that visible on screen, so the team can build it and a buyer can walk through it.
We are not building a learning platform. We are building a guided system to become employable in a specific trade. At its core, this is also a recruitment platform.
You've got the founder, an engineer, and a sales and ops team keeping the contracts coming. What's missing is design, and design is what the platform needs first.
We embed two senior operators for two months. They sit alongside your engineer as peers, not vendors. They deliver the wireframes, the high-fidelity, and the coded prototypes that show the team and a buyer what's coming next. Once those are in your hands, the team flexes: front-end engineering, AI engineering, branding, user research. Whatever the work calls for, we grow into it.
Week one is a deep dive. We sit with you, talk to your engineer, study the current build, and pressure-test the vision doc against what users actually need.
By end of month one, the new product is on paper and on screen. Information architecture restructured around skills and job unlocks. Wireframes for the full experience are done. The core screens are in high-fidelity, ready to show internally.
Month two extends the design language across every remaining flow. Job unlocks. Skill paths. The recruitment layer surfacing for the first time.
In parallel, the design engineer builds the most important flows into coded prototypes. Ready for user testing where it makes sense. Ready, where it makes sense, for your engineer to take into the production build.
Variable cost, month to month. No headcount commitment, no annual lock-in. Add roles as the work expands, and the team flexes with it.
Two-month minimum, then month to month. Engagement starts early June, exact date confirmed with the team.

That's what FlashPass needs first, and that's how we lead. After the designs land and you've seen what great looks like, we grow into engineering, AI, branding, and research as you ask for them.
No junior team you have to manage. The two embedded designers have shipped at this level before. They work alongside your engineer as peers.
Late Checkout was itself a holding company and studio. We've lived 0-to-1, signal-chasing, and the run-up to exit as operators. Everything we bring fits the window you're in.
Trade learners using FlashPass are reskilling into real careers. The bar is what a serious consumer app would ship, not a corporate LMS. That's the bar a buyer inspects, so it's the bar we design to from Week 1.
We build with AI inside our own design process. More options in front of the founder every week, faster cycles, more iterations. The judgment stays in the human seat. The throughput goes up.
After the designs land, the team flexes. Front-end engineering, AI engineering, branding, UXR. You don't have to repitch us. We're already in the room.
